Shipping Policies
We offer UPS ground, UPS 3 day select and UPS Overnight Air. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. You can track your shipment right on our website.

 
Returns
Any order or item, with the exception of cut fabrics, may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within seven days of delivery. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.Please contact us by email or telephone (707) 964-3534 10-5 PST for a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package returned to us without a return authorization number will be returned to sender with a COD for the amount of shipping. All CDs, Videos and wrapped items must be in their original unopened packaging. All items must be in salable condition with no damages or wear. All returns must be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid.
